Trading boot camps amongst other students is not allowed. There is a process for rescheduling and changing your boot camp. Please follow the instructions in your syllabus.
If traveling from an area that has bad winter storms when you are scheduled to come to boot camp we suggest flying out 1-2 days prior to boot camp in case of delays or cancelled flights. This may cost a little more to get here early but will save you the fees of rescheduling or delaying your boot camp to a later time.
We do not send out tax forms since we do not qualify for that benefit. All we can provide is a receipt for your class. If you need something to show payment for your class please email email@example.com to request a receipt.
If you enrolled and paid directly to Smart, please email Kasey to obtain a receipt if needed. Her email is firstname.lastname@example.org
If you update your email on Moodle please know that we do not get notified of that. You still need to email email@example.com the change of email. This will help us to stay in touch with you outside of Moodle.
Please make sure to check your syllabus on a regular basis to keep up with any curriculum or course policy changes.
Moodle minimum browser requirements are: Firefox 4, Internet Explorer 10, Safari 5, Google Chrome 11, Opera 9
We find that there seems to be LESS browser support requests from users with Firefox or Google Chrome.
In addition making sure the browser and its plugins such as Flash are up to-date always helps with browsing content.
When emailing Training Division, always include your name and the class you are enrolled in.

If the “unable to connect” message from the search engine occurs after hitting a submit button you should use the previous page option, not refresh. If you go back to the previous page you should then be allowed to resubmit what you are wanting to do. If the refresh option is chosen then it might cause you to have to re-log in.
