We do not send out tax forms since we do not qualify for that benefit. All we can provide is a receipt for your class. If you need something to show payment for your class please email studentservices@trainingdivision.com to request a receipt.
If you enrolled and paid through Smart Fire, please email Kasey to obtain a receipt if needed. Her email is kasey@smartfire.ca
